Welcome to sunny Florida! Our villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday making you feel right at home in this elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool and spa.


UPDATES: Very recently our home has had brand new King and Queen beds replaced in the two master bedrooms and a new sleeper sofa bed was added in the main living area. The entire house was painted both interior and exterior including the pool deck. All four kitchen appliances were recently replaced. The televisions have been upgraded to flat screens with a 55' in the family room, 42' in the main master bedroom and the other rooms each have a 32' in them for use. Spectrum cable package with over 250 channels for your enjoyment. The sofa and love seat have been recently updated with a nice plush brown leather set. All shower heads have been updated to rain shower spa heads with 98 stream openings. A new BBQ grill is waiting in the garage for your enjoyment. Many additional wall decorations as well as a new track light in the kitchen to brighten up this area of the home. A new Keurig coffee machine as well!


Silver creek is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom and 15 to 20 minutes away from other theme parks (Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and more). Our villa is located 33 minutes away from Orlando international airport.


Our kitchen offers you all the facilities for a home made meal but when you wish to eat out there are many restaurants along hwy #192 which cater to all tastes. Examples are Hurricane Grill & Wings, Gators Dockside, Carrabba's Italian Grill & Texas Roadhouse.


Our villa allows you to relax around the pool and spa deck, where you will be able to enjoy a nice cold refreshment while you watch the majestic Florida sunset with our south facing pool deck. Also from the pool deck you have a nice view of the lake with no neighbors on the west side of the house. It is a beautiful green space to enjoy.


One mile from the driveway brings you to hwy #27 with access to Hurricane Grill & Wings at the corner of Woodcrest Way and hwy #27, Walmart, Publix grocery stores, Dollar Tree, Lowes and many other store located up and down hwy #27. Banks and medical centers as well.


Enjoy golf at one of the many championship golf courses located in either direction within 5 miles.


Our property offers you:

Sleeps 6-8 persons, 3 bedrooms: 3 bathrooms: optional 2 guests on pull out couch in living room area, screened in pool and spa with covered eating area on the pool deck.

Master bedroom #1: master ensuite with access to the pool and spa deck through bathroom, new KING size bed, cable TV 42' flat screen, walk in closet, shower, toilet, sink.

Master bedroom #2: master ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink, new queen size bed, cable TV 32' flat screen, closet-safe with window facing woodcrest way.

Bedroom #3: 2 single beds, 42' flat screen SMART TV with WiFi access for Netflix and other streaming services, window facing Woodcrest Way with full bathroom located across the hall.

Bathroom: shower bathtub combo, sink toilet, vanity.

Kitchen: all major appliances, kitchen table set for 4, 2 chairs at island counter, fully equipped for 8 or more people. Keurig, blender, all utensils plus some specialty utensils, microwave and many other required cook ware for that special meal at home.

Lounge: cable TV upgraded to a SMART 55' flat screen, DVD player, telephone with free North America calling, 3 person sofa with pull out bed, 2 person love seat, coffee table and end tables, patio door to directly access the pool area.

Pool Area: patio dining table and chairs, sun loungers.

Great place

This a very nice house on a very good location. Everything is pretty close. Most important the privacy for my family was great. Very good neighborhood, very quiet and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Orlando Peaceful Retreat

Relaxing and great location

Owners were easy to work and responsive. The location had the best of both worlds. Close enough to everything yet open space and privacy. We rented for a month and this property met our vacation needs.

Clean & Well Maintained!

Great property, backs onto greenspace/pond. Close to stores and restaurants. Short drive to attractions. We really enjoyed this home. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Comfy beds and spacous rooms. Nice bathrooms. Hosts were great communicators and provided lots of information. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Home away from home

When we first got to property it was a nice villa in a family oriented neighborhood close to stores and restaurants villa had new flooring and beds pool and spa was nice but i suggest getting heating for at night if you stay everything was clean and easy to use if your party bigger than 8 this won't be for you its 3 bedroom 3 bath so we had 4 adults 4 kids it was perfect it had a lake in back with walking trail i would definitely stay again our kids loved the pool we from the south its cold so this was the perfect place for a birthday trip for kids.

Nice home

The property was located in a nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as described-including the new flooring (which was lovely). New mattress on the king and queen beds were very comfortable. The pillows could use an upgrade but the house was very well equipped with everything else we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with the hot tub temp and pool cover but the owner was Extremely responsive and quick to rectify. All in all we would book here again.

Surprising our grandkids

Everything was as described. It took a little longer to get to the parks than anticipated. Communication with the owner was excellent. We paid to have pool and hot tub heated and I still thought it was on the cold side but I did not communicate that to the owner at the time of our stay.

Amazing rental house

We were so pleased with this rental. The house was just as pictured with a few upgrades as well. It was super clean and lots of room. We had everything we needed while there. The house is well stocked with items you would want or need during your stay. The pool was awesome and so clean. You enter with a keypad so no keys to keep track of! We had such great communication with the owners throughout the whole rental process. Everything was neat and very organized. There were directions posted on how to use things in the house and the light switches were labelled so there was no question as to what you were turning on. I can’t say enough great things about the owners and this place. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. It was a great place for our family and we had the best time!

Awesome stay!

We had a great experience with our stay! The place was conveniently located between East and West of Florida. For those that loved beaches, going East you have Daytona Beach and going West there was Clearwater Beach, each about 2 hrs drive. Disney was about 18 minutes and there was plenty of places to dine and shop around the area (minutes away). Neighborhood looked nice and safe! The property was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was it was not carpeted (just my personal preference-I don't like the feeling of walking on laminate flooring so knowing that, I brought slippers for the whole family). The heated pool and spa was a big hit-the kids couldn't have enough of it (although I was expecting the water temp to be a bit warmer). Kids couldn't have enough of the pool! I loved how the kitchen was equipped with many things for cooking and dining. I didn't cook even though I am big into cooking for my family, we made use of the stove and available resources getting food warmed up. Kitchen table could be bigger as this house could accomodate a big family but that didn't really bother me. Nice big screen TV and other TV's in every room (although we didn'tuse them much). 3 bathrooms really made the place a lot more convenient when you have a large group. We appreciated more the fact there were strollers (we had little kids) and other equipments such as beach and pool equipments in the garage. Owner was quick to respond to our text messages. Highly recommended!

Villa

We were very disappointed when we entered the house, it was not the elegant villa you described in the description of your property. The following items should have been resolved before we arrived. Someone is not doing their job. 1. Two light bulbs were out in the kitchen overhead light fixture. 2. Three-way lamps had regular light bulbs 3. No power in outlets in two bathrooms. Cleaning team should have notice the problem because the nightlights were out. 4. Towels were very thin and had a distinctive odor to them 5. No furniture in the dining room 6. Tall chairs at the island need to be fixed, backs were loose. 7. Iron leaking water. 8. Ironing board had stains 9. Bathroom cabinet doors need to be replaced, finish peeling off, held on with tape. 10. No storage space for groceries 11. Reported screen separated from the frame, took them a week to came and fix it. I must say the beds were very comfortable. The area was very nice, and the house was centrally located.

The villa

It was great. Their was pool, hot tub, and even a grill! The house was amazing. It is about 40min from all the Disney parks and stuff but overall the house was lit.

Home Away from Home in Claremont

The layout of the house was amazing. Every bedroom had its own personal bathroom. Great living room to sit and talk with family members. Kitchen and kitchenette area was really nice and clean. Washer and dryers were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Strongly recommended for families when they visit the Orlando area. Management was very helpful with a couple phone inquiries.

Great stay and great hang

We spent 3 days at this house after being on a cruise for a week. We were exhausted and needed a few days to recoup after the cruise and spending a few days by the pool did the trick. The house was just as advertised, it was clean, in a good location, and had a great pool. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and i enjoyed this home so very much that we extended our stay another week! We loved having a heated pool and a hottub to ourselves. There is a pond where you can watch all kinds of bird visit. AC worked great! Owners were very helpful whenever needed. We lucked out and didnt have anyone in the house to the left of us. No one on the right side. It was very peaceful that we stayed home to enjoy the pool and catch up on reading. Very close to the amusement parks and all kinds of restaurants. Walmart just down the street. We would definitely come back when we visit Florida again.

Memorial Day in Orlando

Property was very clean and provided a great home base for our trip to Orlando. Close to Disney, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Definitely worth it.
