"The Manager on duty checked us in and she was fine. But, she was upstairs when we arrived to check in & we waited at least 20 mins at the front desk. She never left a note to be right back or where she was. The elevator door opened & she stepped out to see all were waiting. There were at least 6 different customers waiting to check in. Was not pleased after driving 10 hours. Beds were comfortable. Rooms needed updating, especially the bathroom."
