"This place is ideal for a family, it’s right off a train station, close to Shibuya but not Shibuya pricing. Clean, quiet, and enough space to house a family of 5. Would go back in a heart beat."

"Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!"
"The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "
"Fantastic location, walking distance to all sights in Shibuya, also walked to Harijuku & the train station close to everywhere else! So many good choices near by. Family Mart next door. She Wolf Diner in-house had delicious burgers & homemade chips! Breakfast basic but enough. Firm beds, Triple room size & bathroom on the small side but ok for 3. Would stay here again! "
