"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper!
Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place.

From the moment we arrived at Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa, we were enveloped in a sense of genuine warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for our entire stay. The welcome we received from the staff was nothing short of amazing – warm smiles, gracious greetings, and a sincere eagerness to make us feel right at home.
The check-in process was one of the most intimate and pleasant we’ve ever experienced. Rather than feeling transactional or rushed, it was relaxed and personalized, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful way everything was explained to us.
Throughout our stay, every member of the staff continued to impress us with their friendliness and professionalism. Whether we were passing by reception, dining, or simply relaxing on the property, we were always met with warm greetings and helpful attitudes. Entry details were emailed to us the day before arrival. And once we arrived one of the house keepers notified the admin and our room pin was activated.

Beware the overspill from the clubs nearby - outside with very loud music til 6am one morning. But that's not the property's fault. The dogs are noisy but not aggressive."
