"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper!
Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place.

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. One advice I would give all those booking in this place to check the room before they...

The welcome we received from the staff was nothing short of amazing – warm smiles, gracious greetings, and a sincere eagerness to make us feel right at home.
The check-in process was one of the most intimate and pleasant we’ve ever experienced. Rather than feeling transactional or rushed, it was relaxed and personalized, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. "You get what you pay for. These are a great price for space and location. They are a little tired and there's a lack of sunbeds, but overall great value for money. Beware the overspill from the clubs nearby - outside with very loud music til 6am one morning. But that's not the property's fault. The dogs are noisy but not aggressive."
