"Love this large hotel! Why? Great location: very close to the JR station, close to a large number of restaurants of all types, Daily Yamakazi kombini, huge drugstore/pharmacy. Inside the hotel tower, at the bottom of the elevator bank is a 24/7 mini 7/11 (such a convenience). Steps away from a lovely underground full size supermarket. Super clean room, quiet , lovely soaking tub/shower, very hot running water and fills the tub quickly, superb views. The staff in the lobby was great too. When I requested a specific view, she was extremely accommodating. Thank you, Prince Shin-Y. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really made a difference and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is nice and has a good atmosphere. However, cleanliness could use some improvement, as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to this, the hotel has great potential to be even better. I would still recommend it, especially because of the excellent service from the staff."
