When welcomed at breakfast, I mentioned the team member seemed to have sore foot. I didn’t expect her to tell me she had a corn on her foot. Slightly off putting. It took a long time to get a coffee and they were slow to take the breakfast order."

"Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day "

"This house needs to be condemned. Wow. I don't even know where to start. It was so nasty. Every surface was dirty, dishes in the sink when we arrived. The towels smelled so bad. We killed probably 20 spiders. I cant even explain how gross the shower was. The host said it was professionally cleaned. No. Then we get to the beds. They were so old and rotted. No padding on them at all. We slept with springs in our backs. There are ceilings tiles hanging down from water damage. The floor had definitely been flooded at some point. Do not stay here. "
