Room was clean, bed was super comfy, only thing missing is air con as I hate being warm but, I didn’t take away from anything! It was so beautiful, the facilities were amazing too! Was a great first stay, would 100% come back! Staff were friendly too!

Plenty of parking and pleasant staff. Good size room with table and two chairs. After using the showers the bathroom floor was very wet and slippery. Good bar area and wood fired pizzas served.

Nice hotel with great staff

Nice hotel with good acces to M42 & M5. Good sized rooms & bed, but pillows were tired, flat, hard & uncomfortable. Staff were friendly, dressed appropriately & provided a great service. Safe for lone female travellers. No lifts, so request room near to reception if you are not good with stairs. Ample parking.

Lovely Quiet Hotel + Good Amenities.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and found the Westmead to be a nice quiet hotel with tons of parking. The local train station park and ride was just 10 or so minutes away with easy and quick access to Birmingham Town Centre, However the Westmead is a little out of the way so unless you drive there isn't much nearby to walk to.
