We stayed for 3 nights in total and we loved it. The manager was fantastic, quickest and easiest check-in ever! The room was lovely, bright and clean. We had a dog friendly room on the ground floor which had a patio door accessing a lovely grassed area for the dogs to play. Our only critique would be the scent in the room which we found slightly overpowering. We loved the local Canoe Point off leash dog beach and were so impressed by the surrounding amenities. Due to the ferry not arriving at Heron Island till 4.30pm (takes 2 + hours) and checkout by 9.15am with ferry leaving at 10.00am in the morning, you need to stay 2 nights minimum- which is a bit of a scam for the resort! Although buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. If you can pay the extra and get a room looking over the water. Fantastic hotel in Gladstone. Great big and modern room, excellent king bed and friendly staff.

Lovely accommodation... has everything you need. Parking is a little tight when someone else doesn't park within the lines.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds with clean sheets. Room tastefully decorated and still pet friendly. Easy access location being right on the highway.

Great room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. TV left a lot to be desired - didn't work well, but not important, we weren't there to watch TV. Pacino restaurant was great -food and service were excellent.

What a beautiful find. So clean and tidy comfortable beds, best motel we have ever stayed in and we have visited a few! Very quiet area, lovely walk down to the park area and harbour. What a Gem this place is!!!!!!!!

This is a really great place to over-night in Gladstone if you are taking the ferry to Heron Island! The room was fine for this kind of stay, and there was a good breakfast on offer. But the real bonus is the really excellent pool and spa. My seven year old loved the pool on a hot summer's evening, and I really appreciated the spa after several hours driving! Would definitely stay here again in future!

Arrived at motel after a long drive from Charters Towers. Immediately felt at home as receptionist was prepared for our arrival and was friendly, informative and efficient. While our room was close to the main road, it wasn't unduly noisy as there wasn't much traffic after about 9.00 pm and we had a pleasant, restful night. Other guests were quiet and we weren't disturbed by any loud chatter from outside unlike our previous motel in CT. There was a good variety of digital TV and Austar stations....

Top place and good price for us to stay in Gladstone. They have good security and we loved the soft bed and quality pillows. Internet was good and the continental free breakfast was a big plus. Staff were attentive and helpful. I would gladly stay here again. Clean and nice views to the harbour. Free parking. No street noise. Close to restaurants. Full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Plenty of space.

Single room with double bed on ground level, quiet, clean and comfortable. Attached bar, club and restaurant with good services at reasonable rates. Walking distance to CBD with a number of options for dinning out and shopping. Foxtel and breakfast included in price, very happy!
