"Great location and large room. The staff were lovely. So lovely that they comp’ed me breakfast when I told them I had paid $77pp on this App. It was a poor full breakfast buffet. Nice locals used the coved sunny space to catch up and just buy the coffee. At checkout I thanked the staff for the breakfast being complimentary but of course they said it had not been as I had added it to my rate in the App. I think the locals got my discount. Smart. Have the coffee only. "

"The location wasn’t the best. The ad made it appear closer to the beach than it was, and the premium price paid also gave that impression. Alex was great at communicating what he needed from us, but it felt almost big brotherish. There were over the top signs and instructions everywhere telling us when to close skylights and cover furniture, even requesting we take out our rubbish (noting that the price charged for the stay would adequately cover something so small - I mean one gets away to avoid the daily hum drum ), when all that was adequately dealt with in the check in and check out instructions, as well as the farewell text message. This all took away from the stay - that is, it was really hard to feel comfortable there- to be fair, the studio was fresh and clean and Alex was kind enough to leave some bread etc, none of which my husband and I touched much of. We travel a lot and we pay for service and location - which, as noted above wasn’t to the standard we expected. It was my husband’s 50th get away and there was absolutely no room to stay an extra hour past checkout. In any event, a generally nice stay but I won’t be back there. "We had a wonderful stay at the Sandbar House. Communication with the homeowner was excellent—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed us to have an Amazon package delivered before we arrived, which was much appreciated. The location is incredible, and the views overlooking the bay from the house are absolutely beautiful. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house itself. There are so many fun things nearby to explore, but the home is also a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This location is amazing. Super pet friendly, very clean, well stocked with bed linen, towels, laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the easy access to the balcony provides ample space for entertaining guests or a nice place for coffee and relaxing. There are so many amenities attached to the property, but our favourite was the spa which can fit approximately 10 people. The hosts are on hand and maintain the spa frequently for optimal hygiene. The spa was a great place to chill with family and friends. We'll definitely be returning soon "
