Only one elevator goes to the basement level but there’s no sign that indicates that. "Very convenient location in Bar Harbor close to all the Acadia attractions. Easy parking. Clean and large rooms with the balconies facing east to see the bay and sunrise. Surprisingly low-tech with a room key instead of an electronic key. Not too big of a deal. The reception desk was not very welcoming. We walked around and had to ask if it was reception. The person at the desk wasn't very friendly at all and answered questions in a rather abrupt way."
