"This house is located in a tidy, quiet neighborhood with walking access to Acadia carriage roads and a charming small beach. It has a vintage look and feel but is very clean and well equipped with mostly newer appliances and good bed linens and towels, and a very well equipped kitchen. It has a very large back deck. Communication with the owner was outstanding. "

"Kitchen was well stocked and the openness to the community spaces, living room a dining was great. We liked how the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms were on either side of the living room, for privacy. There were comfortable spaces to sit in bedrooms and living room.The seclusion of the house, the wooded lot contributed to the quiet.The owner/host of the house was available when we needed her."

"Two comments: 1) the deck used for entry to the house is too low which makes for a big step up and tougher step down especially if you are carrying something.2) Tried to watch some football but none of us could figure out the operation of the TV. Called the owner, he was in Hawaii on vac, he tried to walk us through the steps to make it work - no luck. I had to send him a pic of a QR code - no luck. He tried to reset the software controlling the TV but no luck. Perhaps a simple 1, 2, 3, instruction sheet would work. Not well done in regard to the TV. Thanks - Patrick Lawson"
