"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. "Host was very kind and assisted with check in and directions. For a family of three the room was honestly a little small and the full shower with vanity was a shared facility. No locks on the shower and private room doors could also be a concern as well. The host turned on the heaters and was very kind during our short stay."

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!"
