"We chose this resort for our first trip to Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful, clean resort. Service was top notch! Maria, who works in the hotel lobby bar, was wonderful! She was so helpful, personable, and you can tell she loves what she does! We stayed in an ocean front room with a balcony and the view of the ocean and beach was amazing!! The room size was adequate but the restroom was really small (that is the only complaint we have). There are several good restaurants on site, but is walkable to many local restaurants as well. Di Zucherro across the street has wonderful pizza. There is a Walgreens just around the corner which was convenient for buying snacks and drinks for the room. The pool area was very nice and they have complimentary water and popcorn daily. The beach is very clean and the sand is so soft to walk on. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this resort!!! We will definitely stay here again! "

"The staff was great. When the elevator temporarily broke they offered to carry our bags upstairs. This is a great hotel for a night. Grocery store and restaurants within a short walk."

"Everything was amazing: clean, welcoming, excellent location. My only issue was the hot tub, which made our swim suits smell terribly after using it; may be time to clean and refill. Otherwise, perfect. "
