We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future.
Good hotel with facilities nearby, couldn’t find my booking at first but the reception was courteous and apologetic. When booking with Hotels.com & when asked one has to the the staff that the booking is through Expedia as they wouldn’t know about Hotels.com.
Muy buen hotel , amplio cuarto , colchón muy cómodo , excepcional zona , hotel seguro y serios , tienen dificultad para comunicarse en inglés pero hacen lo que piden
