"Every staff member was so polite and professional. Rooms were very clean. The amenities and the little snacks they left were great. Most of all I loved that they had refillable water jugs and a water fountain on every level. I didn’t realise how much it makes a difference just to have access to a water fountain 24/7. "

"Good Lord, I need more stars to rate this property! It is breathtaking. The owners have put so much attention to detail into every aspect of this property. Every room is beautiful, the service is excellent, the food is both delicious and never ending (we kept finding more sweet treats everywhere!), the gardens are relaxing and beautifully designed, the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The whole experience was a step back to another world of manners, style and luxury. I can't wait to go back."
