"Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha "

"This was our second stay here and it was excellent again. The building is new and apartments are very spacious, which we appreciated after a long safari. Eric and staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed, sorting out transportation and advising where to get food, and they added to the sense of security. "it was fine for two nights but i coudjnt do any more than that. its in a more sketchy part of town and its SO loud. the breakfast was not the best, i didnt eat, and the wifi sucks. the one good thing was the shower water stays hot haha super run down in everything else "
