"My expectations were not met unfortunately. No one cleaned my room from Friday through Sunday. No clean towels or sheets. The tv didn’t work and the customer service was non existent. So disappointing. "

"Clean , neat. But no elevator. My sister was left shlepping up 2 flights of stairs, no one seemed interested. Very noisy. Banging, excessive and loudly all day with out stop. Very little rest during stay due to that , very upsetting. Not the service I was expecting. Disappointed "

"Shopping areas are plentiful! Heat and air conditioning good. Property says no smoking & your clothes is stink of smoke. Bathroom had a stink smell no matter how much I clean and spray deodorizer. Fights, loud music and loud conversations, it’s so ghetto. Woke up to a midnight fight things throwing everywhere and glass smashing, terrifying myself and my children. No microwave in room. Shared microwave downstairs. When addressing these things with the staff at front desk, I was told they only work there speak to manager by giving me a card. I was stuck in the elevator with my daughter until fire engine came. I never have a good experience with red roof ever and I’ve been with them a few times. It’s always convenience why I use them but never again. "
