"I have visited Sharm many times, but this hotel continues to stand out as the best. It is peaceful, elegant and designed for genuine relaxation. The grounds are lush and welcoming, and the sunrise over the Red Sea is truly spectacular. The beach is clean and calm with excellent snorkelling, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available, even later in the morning. The pool area is spotless, well organised and ideal for cooling off or enjoying a quiet afternoon. My room was comfortable and very well maintained, with granite bathroom finishes that added a touch of quality not often found in standard hotel rooms. The food throughout the stay was consistently excellent. The buffet offered a wide range of fresh dishes, including breads, soups, appetisers, a carvery, pasta, salads, themed evenings and an outdoor barbecue every night. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and good coffee, all carefully prepared and far better than the usual bland all-inclusive choices. What truly sets Stella di Mare apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, smiling and eager to help, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I would particularly like to mention Mr Salah at reception for his welcoming professionalism and for the many things he did to make my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be back. "

"Our experience at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Islamm and Al Hassan, the lifeguards who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. A big shout-out as well to Mohamed at the coffee stall (adult side) — always smiling and serving the best coffee with genuine warmth. We also want to thank Ahmed Aboelhassan from the adult side team — a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The reception staff were equally fantastic — polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. When my wife unfortunately became unwell with some sensitivense to her suffering from gastrointestinal, Dr. Mohammed was prompt, caring, and professional — we’re really grateful for the excellent medical attention she received. Our room cleaner, Shady, deserves a special mention too — such a sweet, hardworking, and polite man who kept our room spotless every day. Lastly, Ayad was wonderful and made our experience even smoother with his helpfulness and kindness. Overall, every staff member we met made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of positive energy. "The Hotel is just beautiful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was just exceptional. They always went above and beyond. Food was lovely, with the buffet you would always have many varied options and even with fussy children, they never went hungry. All the Restaurant's on property were amazing. Rooms were immaculate and Housekeeping always left that wee surprise in your room that made you smile, some very creative art work with towels and fresh flowers. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for that little bit of everything."
