Excellent experience, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous holiday, nothing is to much trouble, even though the mostly young staff who work 14 hour shifts always remain polite, friendly and smiley. The beach bar is amazing, I have attached a photo of Mr Sayeds and Mr Samehys amazing team. Hana and Islam buzz about non stop serving drinks, Hana also does an amazing dance on birthdays and special occasions, so prepare to be pounced ha. From burgers, pizzas, hotdogs and fish and chips and even healthy salad options, brilliant work guys, thank you so so much. The Ali Baba is amazing, the Tuscana restaurant is amazing, very hard to find anything to complain about, maybe some fans or extractor fans in the Ali Baba restaurant as the grills brought to the tables are very smokey and imaging its not particularly good in the warmer months. Mr Salem on the reception is a fantastic gentleman, ask him anything, his knowledge is amazing. Mr Osama and Mr Mamdough are always on hand to iron out even the smallest of issues, lastly you will never forget the guest relations Mr Youseff, amazing, impeccably dressed and the friendliness you will receive is beyond belief, the entertainment staff try everything to get you out of your seats and dancing, playing beach games or just plain fun, great work Janna, Mo, Diabb, stay safe everyone and see you soon.

A good place to relax.
Everywhere the staff was very smiling and helpful, ready to fulfill your wishes (even on the beach). The room (and the whole hotel) was beautiful and very clean. Never felt crowded. There is a Spa (we never use it). It is next to the Old Market. The beach is big and the sea is very good for swimmers because is calm and windless most of the time (December 25°C). If you want to see the reef there is a free boat which departs 5 times a day...and the trip takes just 5 minutes. There is a van which goes for you at the airport for US$ 5. There is a good range of dishes but the basics are bland (fircexample, the mushroom were from a can, not fresh ones)...the juices and jellys are not natural, the sweets were ordinary as were the drinks. The salads and the fish were always fresh.

A 3 night stay at a gem in old sharm. The resort has a beach front not crowded. Also there is a free sea transportation between coral beach and the resort. Furthermore, one small pool 150cm depth and another one with around 75 cm depth. The all inclusive is amazing. 👏 The food is delicious. The rooms are located either on ground floor or 1st floor. The views of rooms could be a garden view, pool view or arena view. Most of the rooms have balcony. I noticed most of the visitors are older people. The wifi connectivity is good. The towels are outdated. The bathrooms are fine but no shattaf. The area is walkable if you want to go out to old sharm and souq.

It was ok
The all inclusive ended at 12am. After that I had to pay for everything . The AC didn’t work to the fullest even after they checked it and said it was fixed. I am a gold member and was told I was upgraded but got the original room I booked with no upgrade .

Great vacation at Iberotel Sharm. From the moment we arrived till we left we felt welcomed. Staff at the reception were friendly explaining all details. Room was clean with a fantastic sea view. Dining variety and service were superior. Vey friendly staff all over the place. We'll sure select the same place for our next trip to Egypt. Can't find enough words to THANK all staff for an amazing experience.

This hotel is located near the old part of Sharm. it has a private beach, and you can enjoy all exclusive in the 2 dining rooms and the bars. Room is spacy. Design a bit undated. Spa services are too expensive. Overall good

Lovely stay .The service very good .Large spacious rooms .Very good shower.Excellent beach especialy the beach restaurant and facillities .I loved the outdoor - the gardens and white color .What we did not like : Spa costs money ,even sauna ...20 euro per hour .Dated rooms .Food especially meat options not so tasty ,often dry or overcooked .At breakfast low quality cold cuts and cheeses .Very good vegetables and fruit at all meals .As a whole very good .

I traveled to Sharm with my big family from Russia and Latin America. I have to say that all of us were impressed by the hotel staff's professionalism and kindness. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We celebrated NYE at the hotel. The food and entertainment program was good. We had an amazing time during our stay. Also, the hotel offers different sports activities including tennis, yoga, volleyball, snorkeling, and others. The sports and entertainment team was the best. We tried everything, even salsa classes. The food was delicious and they accommodated our dietary restrictions. The resort is clean, the rooms are big, the water pressure in the shower was perfect. We hope to be back in Iberotel soon! We had a wonderful stay!

Really nice hotel for lazy quiet beach holidays. The big plus is that this is an adult only hotel. Located on the first line to the beach and in close proximity to the so-called old city with lots of shops and local restaurants. The food at the hotel was delicious, but would be good to see more seafood choices. The hotel also provides regular boat trips to nearby coral reef for snorkelling - this is the must see experience.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very clean, well-kept, and organized. The pools are great, beach is great, and the staff is amazing except for one employee we had a bad experience with. The vibe is a perfect mix between fun and relaxing. I have to say i’m most impressed by the staff. There were a few great employees which made our stay even more enjoyable by being super friendly and accommodating. I’d like to mention a few by name: Samy from the dining hall near the arena, he was so kind and friendly, always smiling and such a sweet person. Mohammad from the same dining hall, Sayed from the bars, Islam from the spa, Ahmed from the spa (go get a massage there, you won’t regret it), and Mustafa from the clothing shop inside the hotel. If you need tailor made pants, that’s the place. The one bad experience we had was near the end near check-out. Our bank froze our funds because of a suspicious transaction in the village outside the hotel, which put us in a sticky situation to pay for the fees on the last day. We had a string of bad luck in that last day where one bank was frozen, and our other was experiencing other issues beyond our control. When i tried to explain the situation to the first guy at the desk, he treated me like I was a bum off the street trying to get out of paying my bill. He looked down at me and his attitude ruined that day for me. The others at the front were understanding and helpful though. In the end, they allowed us to check out a bit late

The hotel has a prime location to the Old City, where everything is available, also it is very close to the Marina. which means if you decied to go on a ship you'll be the last to be picked up to the trip and the first to be dropped off after. The Spa facility they have is very good, I highly recommend making a booking on the first or second day of arrival. They have very good offers and the service is great. There are many activities in the hotel during the day and night, but if you would like to do something outside the hotel the staff will be more than helpful in guiding you to the right place! so don't be shy to ask.

This place is a gem! Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful beach. Every wish is fulfilled instantly, with a smile. From the hotel manager, Sander, to the bar manager (drinks flowed), and the beach manager (If I wanted a mattress for my sun lounger, someone scurried off to find one) - everyone was so professional and helpful. The restaurant manager went to great pains to find me lactose-free options in the dining room, or made me something delicious if I didn't like the choices! The little village of Sharm El Sheik - literally across the road - came alive in the evenings with loads of little shops. The vendors can be a bit aggressive about getting you into their shops and selling you something, but a firm 'no' works well. We took a boat for snorkeling and the reefs are amazing! The dive pros were also well trained and very professional. The only thing that went wrong the whole trip was we missed our flight in Cairo (to London). There are FIVE levels of security there and if you are not checked in an HOUR before the flight is due to leave they will not let you in so beware.

Great hotel and nice beach
Iberotel Palace was a wonderful resort with its own private beach section and a couple of nice restaurants with great food but could have done a little more for vegetarians. Pool and spa facilities were fantastic as well as beach beds and snacks. Service was also great and all staff were always willing to help. Location also decent near the old market and they provide shuttle to naama bay. A beach club next door does have very loud music so avoid rooms near that side

The best hotel
Was a nice surprised that in addition to the great service and facilities, the hotel were in the IN the city. Usually all inclusive hotels are far away, but this hotel could be part of the old market, you are at walking distance of hundred of stores, cafes and bars.

Exceptional Property on a lovely beach
I will say that this property is FIVE star, the rooms immaculate, grounds and facilities are all absolutely perfect. The drawbacks—the all-inclusive plan is slightly misleading as it only includes certain items and others are chargeable. For example, you can order a cheese pizza at the beach bar, but if you wish to add any toppings, they are at an additional charge. The all-inclusive liquor offering is: beer, wine and house liquors (vodka, light rum, gin etc). The other thing is that the two available restaurants are buffet only and do not provide any dining alternatives. The food quality is marginal—so what I mean is that no one will starve, in that there is food to eat, but the quality is just barely a pass. There isn’t much flavour to anything and could, therefore, be improved.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
We visited the hotel two days ago (2 adults & 1 year child). To be honest the first impression wasn't that good as we the receptionist wasted a lot of time finding our reservation and some other problem with his attitude, but a few hours later we had a telephone call from the manager Mr. Hossam who apologized for everything and tried his best to make us feel comfortable during our trip, starting by upgrading our room and keeping contact everyday. The hotel overall is a good value for money, it's perfectly located near to the old souk with a private beach attached to hotel (no walking or transportation needed to the beach). It's not the kind of big resorts with a main building shaped as U letter but it's quiet and the room's terrace has a great view. The food is okay and again we enjoyed our stay thanks to Mr. Hossam I would recommend the hotel.
