"Love the place totally recommend, only two suggestions is they work on increasing staff for golf carts as you need them to move around the resort and sometimes we had to call them more than once as waited a little long. And room service food is not the best however dining out at the restaurants inside the resort were phenomenal and really good food Besides that it’s lovely place lovely staff and had a great time."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, the place was immaculate and looked like a picture, even down to the level of shaking leaves off trees so they didn't fall on the grass. "We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. The entire experience was fantastic, but what truly set it apart was the incredible service. Every single member of the staff was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. This excellent service extended everywhere—including the spa and the water sports teams. A massive plus for us was the zero-pressure environment; unlike many other resorts, no one was pushing or aggressively trying to sell excursions, treatments, or upgrades. It made our vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!"
