We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area.

The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved! What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

The reception staff is particularly nasty, when we arrived they just gave us an envelope with the key (not even the folder with the room number) and the password for the Wi-Fi. We asked for basic info and the guy said “call the guest service to get the information”. The phone in the room was not working, the toilet has a leak and since we were on the ground floor there were insect in the room. We found them every single night because the entrance door has a huge gap under it so they can easily enter. The guest service attendant, a Russian girl was rude and she can’t provide any information, we asked for room service and after many calls they said they don’t have this kind of service, on the check out we discovered they have it indeed. The beech was super crowded and the sunbeds are not enough. What is really unacceptable is that the floating bridge is severely damaged, the plastic is broken and there are missing parts, you can easily injure yourself, so please pay attention when you walk on it. Horrible suitcases handling policy, during the check in and check out they just live them unattended outside the reception no tags with the room number, if you ask for the bell boy to pick it up from the room they will tell you to live it outside the door, again unattended. In 4 days we saw 3 people complaining because they could not find their suitcases. The only pros of this hotel is the location, temple reef is beautiful and Hadaba is very central, and Roberta she was super helpful

Seriously, not only are the sea, reef and beach are stunning, but the resort itself is immaculate and impeccable when it comes to the service they provide. My friend and I finished a 10-day trip around Egypt in Sharm-el-Sheikh, which now I understand was the best choice. Exploring Cairo and Egypt can be very chaotic and overwhelming, so having a break from crazy traffic, pushy vendors, and not always good service provision was a blessing. I could spend hours writing about this resort but I'll summarise it below by listing what impressed me the most: - the place is thoroughly clean. Not even a tiny bit of dirty goes unnoticed and there is always someone cleaning the entire place here and there (and the place is huge!) - the food is inclusive in the package when booking a room and its quality is beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were equally impressive and delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and a big thank you to Kalid (who makes omelettes). - the bar and restaurant staff are incredibly well trained, friendly, polite and made us feel always welcomed and at home. Big thank you to Mohamed Alshshtawy, Mahmoud and Ibrahim. - the reception, again, well prepared to deal with international standards and tourists. We arrived a bit earlier to check in and, although our room was not ready, the reception kept us well entertained so we didn't notice time flying by until we were taken to our accommodation. Thank you Anas and Valeriia. No space for more, but you get the gist!

Tornati dopo 4 anni, con alte aspettative da quel ricordo, rimane ottima cucina, ottimo punto mare, ottima location e giardini, ottimo personale ai ristoranti, camere, e pulmino. Purtroppo qualcosa è cambiato, nulla l' attenzione al cliente in reception (per fortuna in aiuto Roberta) Camera superior vista piscina con molti problemi, poi cambiata con una identica ma funzionante, comunque categoria molto inferiore a quella della prima vacanza .... si vedono i segni del tempo, poca manutenzione e pulizia......e vagonate di arrivi, veramente tantissime persone, a marzo poi, spiaggia completamente superpiena, over booking?!?! Problemi anche con l' escursione via mare....nel complesso, a malincuore, non credo torneremo a breve, visto il rapporto qualità e prezzo pagato....

Il suo punto di forza è il reef. Il buffet sia a mezzogiorno che la sera è variato. Tutti trovano qualcosa di loro gradimento. Tante piscine sparse nel villaggio con il loro bar. Serate con musica dal vivo per chi non vuole partecipare a quelle preparate dalle varie animazioni presenti (italiana e internazionale). Lo consiglio anche per le famiglie. Un consiglio: se andate nei mesi di “punta” alzatevi presto se volete un ombrellone o un lettino in spiaggia.

El hotel esta espectacular el personsl en genersl.es muy amable y siempre estan a la disponibilidad de ayudarte pero recepción deja mucho que desear. 1. Il Resort è bellissimo , ampio, pulito, confortevole. Molto comoda la navetta che porta al mare con Servizio continuativo. Sia in spiaggia che nelle numerose piscine forniscono i teli. Ci Siamo divertiti

Vacanza partita male dovuta a tutte le malelingue Covidiote ma poi una volta arrivati a Reef Oasis tra mille peripezie abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. Abbiamo avuto la camera 7120 che è vicino alla reception (vista giardono) ma era praticamente sulla piscina riscadata dei bimbi. È un villaggio con molti italiani in quanto è presente fisicamente il Touroperator Veratour la quale gestisce un animazione fantastica; senza di loro il villaggio svanisce. Ora ho capito perchè si chiama animazione, perché danno l'anima sti ragazzi. Lollo, Mattia, Seba, Cristina, Diletta, Ivar, Mario il dejey, Mauro, Giorgia, Manfredi, Antonio il neomelodico, perdonatemi gli altri se non vi ho nominato. Abbiamo trascorso una vigilia di Natale indimenticabile e una settimana piena di spettacoli a dir poco divertenti, grazie a Lollo. Ragazzi vi saluta Davide. Ви фантастичні. Un ringraziamento anche Perihan la dolcissima Signora alla Guest relation che mi ha dato informazioni ottime su dove fare i tamponi ( li fanno in hotel). Spero di rivederci l'anno prossimo. Se devo trovare un punto negativo il cibo un po ripetitivo e limitato rispetto agli altri resort dove sono stato, ma cucinato bene, anche la pasta. Ricorco che questa è la baia con la spiggia migliaro di Sharm per i periodi invernali in quanto riparata dal vento.

Vacanza partita male dovuta a tutte le malelingue Covidiote ma poi una volta arrivati a Reef Oasis tra mille peripezie abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. Abbiamo avuto la camera 7120 che è vicino alla reception (vista giardono) ma era praticamente sulla piscina riscadata dei bimbi. È un villaggio con molti italiani in quanto è presente fisicamente il Touroperator Veratour la quale gestisce un animazione fantastica; senza di loro il villaggio svanisce. Ora ho capito perchè si chiama animazione, perché danno l'anima sti ragazzi. Lollo, Mattia, Seba, Cristina, Diletta, Ivar, Mario il dejey, Mauro, Giorgia, Manfredi, Antonio il neomelodico, perdonatemi gli altri se non vi ho nominato. Abbiamo trascorso una vigilia di Natale indimenticabile e una settimana piena di spettacoli a dir poco divertenti, grazie a Lollo. Ragazzi vi saluta Davide. Ви фантастичні. Un ringraziamento anche Perihan la dolcissima Signora alla Guest relation che mi ha dato informazioni ottime su dove fare i tamponi ( li fanno in hotel). Spero di rivederci l'anno prossimo

Best location in Sharm, gorgeous hotel, top team

Our stay at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort was 5-star in terms of friendliness of the staff and awesome location. The all-inclusive price was unbeatable and the buffets were fine and well maintained. The cleaners and everyone we met were just top friendly and we couldn't have been more impressed. Men clean the rooms and we thought the bathrooms could have been better cleaned.

Is a massive all inclusive resort that’s on the expensive side. However the location is awesome as the private beach has a great reef and it’s v close to the fascha cliff bar which is incredible. Staff work tremendously hard and are friendly/helpful. It caters mostly to Italians and Russians, Italians especially as they get their own animation team. Meals are okay though Egyptian deserts are not great. Lots of unnecessary rubbish created by wrapping cutlery and towels each day and using plastic cups/styaphone plates for snacks. Not environmentally friendly hotel in that respect. Diving/snorkelling tours etc half price when bought in old town
