"Gorgeous view, lovely room, and serene hot springs. Staff was extremely friendly and pointed out which routes to the attractions were the easiest, which were under maintenance, and how to get to places by bus or by foot. Front desk also kindly helped me search for a lost item, scouring even the bus from Taichung in the process. Bus from Taichung was easy to book, comfortable, and clean. Buffet was delicious. One thing to mention: If you want to eat anywhere but the buffet or the lobby, make sure to book in advance! "

"About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us.
