The worst was that the smoking area is around the most popular exit of the hotel. The breakfast area is too small and too crowd and I saw some who came late had to eat at the hotel lobby. The western style salad food is not enough. Overall, the breakfast provided was good.

地點：非常方便，走路5分鐘可到妖怪村，還有全家便利商店，旁邊就是溪頭實驗林入口。 設施：備品該有的都有，除了因政策不附礦泉水和牙刷牙膏，洗沐用品都蠻喜歡的，味道很舒服也洗得很乾淨，吹風機好用，不是壁掛式。 房間：床舖枕頭都很整潔好睡，不會太硬或太軟，睡醒完全不會腰痠背痛。房內完全不潮濕。 餐點：早餐自助式，素菜都有標示，很貼心，也有很多熱飲。 服務：態度良好。

環境乾淨整齊，附有停車場，距離溪頭很近。靠馬路可以看風景，但無法避免汽車路過的聲音。 整體來說，來溪頭或杉林溪都是一個值得推薦的選擇。

窗外山嵐景色優美，服務人員態度親切友善，房間環境乾淨整潔，自助吧早餐餐點豐富美味，惟獨美中不足之處為空調轉強風口聲音較大，及房間隔音效果較差，較易影響睡眠，若可改善會更加完美，但整體還是非常舒適滿意，若有重遊溪頭，仍然會選擇這裏住宿。
