"I think the man who helped me his name was Roland, but I’m not sure he was horrible. He put me in a room next to the laundry. The room was so stuffy. It was like it was wet in there and it was hard to breathe. I woke up and was sitting in the lobby at 3 o’clock because I could not sleep. I was coughing. I couldn’t find him anywhere. He was rude when he checked me in it was not a good experience and the hotel had plenty of rooms. Even the lady upfront knew he had been complained about this week. "
