Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures. I think if they do not like the trouble of renting the place by days, they should not listed in this website. Should just rent it out by months to avoid frequent clean up after guests check out. Or simply change the cleaning lady/company. Will never book any of their unit again.
