"Loved the hotel and the view. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that at breakfast we were ignored several times. Brought meal out but no toast as ordered. Had to ask three times for toast and reply was will bring it out. Then we watched other tables receive meals and toast while we waited. Finally manager came by and we asked again. She immediately took care of it. Paid for breakfast with credit card. Then at check out it was on our bill. Manager, front desk, cleaning staff excellent. The young lady server that morning at breakfast ignored requests for toast yet served toast to tables around us. Manager once again was excellent "

"I stayed at the property for 2 nights. Check in process was excellent. Able to do most of it online and then just pick up keys via kiosk when I arrived. The room was not as expected, partially due to an error on my end during booking, but Victor at the front desk was able to assist me with the room setup and amenties in a timely manner. He was helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He also provided some suggestions for dinner which we took and thoroughly enjoyed. The room itself had a small issue with the sink draining slow. We had the buffet breakfast on our second day and the maitre de was pleasant and we felt attended to. Overall experience was good."

"I liked the central location, it was close to alot of things in Cork. What I didn't like was that the walls are paper thin and the bed was hard as a stone."

"The hotel is nicely located as you can walk to most of the attractions from there. We really loved the River Lee view from the room. We did not take part in the breakfast but we did have dinner in the lounge at night and the food was delicious."
