"I asked the property manager at least twice for the physical address of the property. He never gave it to me. His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. "We were very disappointed with the accommodation.it was very basic with rust and mildew around the shower and on the soap tray in the shower. Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used. "We stayed at Sentio for two nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the gorgeous area around Cork. We had no trouble finding the spot with the detailed directions sent ahead of time and there was plenty of room for parking. The owners were quick to answer all my questions and offered many recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The apartment is beautiful, bright, clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! Our favorite activity was a short trip to Cobh and also a beautiful seaside dinner in Ballycotton. This property exceeded our expectations in every way and we hope to be back!"

"Hotel had it all, buffet breakfast was terrific, excellent swimming pool which i enjoyed before breakfast, while my husband made good use of the gym, and tried the sauna. "Out on the Ring of Kerry tour so little time to enjoy the property's facilities. Excellent room, friendly staff, but an early morning 6am departure meant a take away breakfast whose contents were very disappointing - an apple, an orange, a pink iced donut, a small tub of houmus, a single yoghurt tub and a single leaky container of some transparent juice - for two adults! The Moxy Marriott next door had more life, but a disappointing restaurant. On the positive, the adjacent Q car park's cost was discounted and very convenient, while Dunne's stores was just across the bridge for food items"
