"The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. They LOVED interacting with our Beagle Theodore. They showed him so much love. We had a great view of the mountains. We did unfortunately miss breakfast during our stay, so I can not leave a review for that. The hotel was also quiet & in sections of different buildings making it more personal. We had a nice large private balcony that is separate from the main entrance of our room. Also the parking was not in front of anyone's bedroom window."

Staff was very nice and accommodating when we knew we would be leaving earlier on days that breakfast hours didn’t start, they gave us a coffee maker, coffee & tea for our room. Appreciated the Christian touches. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to start the continental breakfast hours at 7am"

"When you stay at the tiptons cabin you will have a smooth meet up and explainplantion how to get to your cabin after that just smooth sailing and after a long day of site seeing or traveling back and forth to gatlinburg and pigeon forge you will be very happy you picked the peaceful side and a tipton cabin, super clean and relaxing, perfect place to wind down and start over the next day. Also some good local food plus not far from cades cove or the foothills. You will not be disappointed"
