Premier location, Historic Downtown & Discounts on our Partners Tours! This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center, downtown shops and restaurants. Also, right behind the Museum/Library. We are featured on Seward’s Historical Walking Tour. Renovated to provide modern amenities, yet keeping the history alive. Free City shuttle, playground, paved walking path and bicycle rentals all just steps away!

Location is the key! Heart of downtown, but on a quiet street, you are walking distance to almost everything!
This charming, but small, apartment is 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. This is one of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days. Come stay and be part of Seward's history. Speaking of history, we are right behind the museum/library.
This rental has been renovated, but we kept some of the historic charm. The size is approximately the same as a standard hotel room, but we provided a lot more amenities and a LOT more affordable. It is a 1 bedroom with queen super comfy bed, closet, bathroom with tub/shower and small seating area. Kitchenette has single induction plate, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, French press and refrigerator. Blinds and blackout curtains to help you get a restful nights sleep. This apartment is in a building housing 7 units, so quiet hours are a must. Tv is streaming with free WIFI boasting highest speed available with unlimited data. Outside area has gazebo seating, sunny seating and outdoor table. Charcoal grill provided.

Amazing Stay

Seward is a magical town and this BnB is right in the heart of it. Has all the amenities needed and allows you to seamlessly travel around and have a cosy place to come back to. Definitely recommend!

Perfect spot in the cutest city!

We loved our stay! We met Matt when we arrived and he was so sweet and welcoming! Shelly was wonderful every time we reached out to her for tips! The condo was comfortable, had thoughtful touches and was in the perfect location! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Property was a cozy apartment in the heart of Seward. Walking distance from the Sea Life Center and Restaurants. It was clean and well equipped. Nice Retro theme.

Cute and cozy condo

We stayed in 8 different places during our Alaska trip, and this condo was our favorite! Charming, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed and in a super location. It's small and you probably can't cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen but for our three days in Seward it was perfect.

Kenai Fjord and Resurrection Bay

Very nice! In off season and had difficulty finding places to eat that were open but thankfully we had a good kitchen and a Safeway that was open for groceries.

Great little place

Its a extremely nice place to stay. The hosts where responsive and helpful. Building is older but you can tell they take pride in it and have/are updating it. Everything was clean. Kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. Definitely a great little place to stay.

Cute place close to town

We stayed in this cozy apartment for 1 night for a stay after our cruise. This was perfect for myself and my husband as it was walking distance to town and many restaurants. Quick stay in Seward

My husband and I stayed in Seward for 2 nights in our week visit to Alaska. This site was fabulous in location and space. The price was great for our budget and we had the ability to walk everywhere. Highly recommended!

Great stay in the heart of Seward!

This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and it all made for a great saty! Thanks!

Small, but sufficient

Loved the views, and the way it was set up to maximize space. A little difficult with two small children getting up and down stairs and having play space for them. But we were only there for one night- so it worked perfectly for what we needed.

Cute retro apartment with everything you need!

Loved this retro apartment! It had everything I could possibly need, all set out beautifully. Really appreciated the extra touches that were left and I felt very at home. I spent three nights here, such a great location and a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was soooo comfy and I slept very well. Shelly was so welcoming and helpful, even before check in. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Seward!!

Two night stay prior to cruise

Our stay was nice. The location was a little too far from the cruise port. With luggage the free shuttle was a little inconvenient. The bed was comfy. It was very quiet, however my wife ran out of hot water and had to take a cold shower, that wasn’t pleasant.

Loved the history of the building and its location! It was quiet and the tub, bed and pillows were fantastic! Dining chairs and table are high and uncomfortable for casual eating/morning coffee and the coffee pot pictured isn't there, a keurig coffee maker (listed in the description) is there instead. And if you plan on reheating food, bring paper plates as the plates here were not microwave safe.

Awesome Alternative to Hotel!!!!

Adorable and functional unit. Top floor, peek-a-boo bay view, surprisingly quiet less some bumps and knocks here and there in the building. The airflow is awesome and we were so thankful for the the black-out curtains! Fast & friendly communication with the host and the location is absolutely unbeatable. I travel to Seward 4-5 times a year and am looking forward to bookmarking this unit to use again. Ten stars out of five.
