When I had booked, previous reviews said the Seward Hotel was old & dated, so I was expecting historical character. The hotel has been tastefully renovated! The bed was blissfully comfortable. The Service from the lovely young lady at Reception was impeccable, even though they had only be opened 10 days since the Reno & it was a very busy day with 2 cruise ships in. The shuttle bus driver really deserves a good tip

Property itself was great, self contained and centrally located, issues arose around the heaters not working, particularly in the bathroom, we stayed in room 8 at the back of the property located next to the rear stairs, neighbours across the way continually coming and going at all hours of the day and night and using the washing machine. Great to have an onsite washing machine and dryer.

Had a great 2 night stay. Staff were fantastic. Ate at the onsite restaurant both nights, the food was great value for money and delicious to boot! Hotels.com didn't really describe that the motel rooms were actually across the road in a separate building but none the less was fine, rooms were quite small and with no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Wifi was good though and bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would definately stay again! Thanks for the great service and food.
