Excellent, well equipped and clean apartment for a short stay. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. Parking in a large public garage is closeby (4 min walk) and on top of it you'll find a good grocery store. Short walk to a.o. fine arts museum and El Corte Ingles.

Room for improvement!!

The building was nice, great first impression! Unfortunately, the state of the room was not as nice. Looked weary worn out: walls full of marks, paint was flaking… the cleanness had a big room for improvement! The bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. For being a short term rental, it was lacking the small amenities that make the stay easy, like: there is a dishwasher, but you don’t get a dishwasher soap, nor kitchen paper, or detergent for washing clothes. We’ve stayed in other short-term rentals that give you these essentials, that prevents you from having to buy all these for just a few days.

Fine, not great

Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude.

Los Salados was a great place to stay. Our apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Although we never cooked as we ate out, we could have easily with everything that was offered.

Broken shower-receptiinist knew it was broken!.Apartment had been painted in the morning ,windows allclosed-smell gave us all a headache.Receptionist rude and dismissive..Power kept goingout- all lights would go off! Dryer didn’t work. Clothes horse broken.Charge 50Euros if you don’t dry all the dishes- but no towel provided.This place needs maintenance!!! Would you paint your own bedroom, shut it up, then sleep there that night???

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage war gut ,da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön, allerdings war das Appartement schon etwas abgenutzt. Der Wäscheständer könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, da einige streben gebrochen waren. Unser Appartement lag im Erdgeschoss und wir hatten immer wieder Ameisen im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und eigentlich in drei Bereiche aufgeteilt. Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Da die Toilette aber keine Tür hat, kann man die einzelnen Bereiche im Bad trotzdem nur nacheinander nutzen . Ansicht ein wirklich hübsches Hotel, aber in der Schlafzimmerwand von Appartement 09 war jede Nacht, fast die gesamte Nacht ein sehr unangenehmes und teilweise lautes Geräusch. Eventuell eine Wasserleitung. Das war wirklich super nervig. Insgesamt ist war alles wie auf den Fotos Nur der Pool ist viel kleiner als er in der Anzeige erscheint. Eher zum Sitzen, nicht zum Schwimmen und an 2 von 3 Tagen war er außer Betrieb.

En famille avec deux ados. Hébergement très bien placé : accès rapide à la gare routière (pratique pour le transfert à l’aéroport) et aux différents centre d’intérêt de la ville. Supermarché également à coté. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel.

Appart hotel correct et bon rapport qualite prix. Bien equipe mais - canape lit qui grince et pas confortable - les essuies reçus en debut de sejour sentaient terriblement mauvais quand on a demandé a les changer on nous a repondu quil y avait une machine a laver et quon devait les laver nous meme - les capsules offertes en debut de séjour sont uniquement pour le premier jour. Apres plus de cafe meme sur demande. Dommage Mais sinon hotel tres bien situé a 15 20 min de tout a pied. Supermarche a proximite. Petite piscine qui raffraichi bien meme fin octobre. L appartement est super equipe et pratique pour un sejour en famille.

Er was heel wat lawaai in het appartement ik de straat en in het hotel zelf (oa door het poetspersoneel). Het afvoerputje stonk ook verschrikkelijk. De kamer was ook niet proper bij aankomst. Het appartement zelf is erg ruim en ideaal gesitueerd om Sevilla te bezoeken.
