Everything about Regal Beach Club exceeded expectations. The unit had everything we needed. The staff was all so welcoming and Amy was wonderful. We will certainly be back. It was well located with plenty of options for shopping, dining and recreation. The only advice I have -the gym is small and we didn’t find any tennis rackets -so bring your own. There was a great gym nearby that sold week passes. We also had trouble finding a good place to run but eventually found Camana Bay Area with good running. Fantastic place to stay. Thank you Amy!

The property was great! My bed was a rock and the condo didn’t supply beach chairs. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous. I also loved the proximity to the Marriott. Food was great there and a cute little waterfront beach bar.

Great for families. Felt secure even though you don’t have to worry when you’re in the Caymans, but this property does have security walking around to make sure everything is OK. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Clive our security guard was the best! Amy the property manager was extremely helpful and even called a cab for us. The unit did lack extra blankets which would have been nice. Overall great resort!

The people on the property were very nice, However, there really is no beach. And there isn't a way to access the rest of Seven Mile Beach from the condo beach area. You need to go out on the sidewalk and walk or drive to another beach. We paid a cab to take us and our chairs to Governor's Beach. The next day, we paid a cab and rented a cabana at the Westin. Added expenses we didn't expect to have to pay.

Great reasonable place to stay
This was our second year staying in the same unit and was excellent again. The condo is spacious and clean and the screen porch is so nice. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no more space on the beach for lounge chairs but sitting by the pool was fine. Great location for watching amazing sunsets. Will come back again

Comfortable and easy for the family. Nice pool. Close to amenities. 2nd time on property. Beach isn’t what it used to be but there’s no way to harness Mother Nature. We had fun, service team was responsive and helpful. We ate in a number of times and supplies and appliances were more than enough.

The place is great. Unit had all amenities, even a garlic press! The one day we requested maid service, all was good. Grounds well maintained. Wish there was more of a beach, but we can blame climate change for that. Place was great.

Our property manager, Amy, was excellent! She made sure that we had everything we needed from dishwashing packs to clothes detergent packs to extra beach /bath towels. She was very responsive via communication via texts and WhatsApp. The condo was very nice and spacious and we were able to make our meals and has everything we needed as for pots and pans. We brought our own spices and seasoning for cooking. We would come back!

The location of the property was great. We had lots of dining options within walking distance. The cleanliness was impeccable and the cleaning crews even came daily during our stay to tidy up. I haven’t seen this since covid stopped that. The pools and pool areas were nice. All the units have sweeping ocean views and balconies from which to enjoy them from. The hotel next door has a bar that you can easily get to and dining options as well. Not of any fault to the property but there is very little beach at this time (3/2023). It seems the beach in this spot is eroding away. That was the only disappointment but again, not the fault of the property.

Well maintained and conveniently situated. Beach erosion was significant. This was not communicated by the management in advance of our stay. The actual remaining beach area is reduced to allow one row of beach chairs. Check before booking if you are looking for a beach vacation that a beach remains. This is true of many Cayman properties including the Marriott next door. The pools were great. There is a jacuzzi but it is not heated. Safe. Clean. Quiet.

Great, clean, well-kept place with a decent beach for the area and fantastic swimming on 7 Mile Beach. Two nice pool areas which were never too crowded. This small complex is adjacent to the Marriott and you can nearly reach over to the Marriott beach bar and get a drink. Great dining options within a minute's walk, so unlike being at an isolated big resort, you have several great options right nearby. This was a quiet place but very family-friendly as well. Stress-free. A nice addition are the communal gas grills. Amazing sunsets.

Everything was great aside from the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful view and The beds are extremely comfortable. One thing was the beach. There is barely any sand area and very rocky to get into the water and in the water huge rocks are everywhere.

Lovely accommodations with a terrific view of the ocean even though we were one of the furthest back. Spacious and lovely, we felt we were in a home and not a rental. And such attention to details like plenty of towels and laundry detergent supplied. The rental office was attentive and it felt very safe. Would recommend again in a heartbeat.

The condo was very nice, well equipped and clean. We could walk to some restaurants and the Marriott bar which was very convenient. The beach has been severely eroded so we ended up taking a taxi or bus down the road to the beach that is a normal sized beach.

This was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and adequately furnished. I don't think there's a bad view from this place. Was a bit confused with unit numbering, but it was all a breeze.

There is not beach in this property. These pictures is from long time ago. A lot of rocks in the coast because there is no beach. I do not recommend this property.

Liked the location of the property. In walking distance to shops, food, and other beaches. The room was very clean. Check in and out was made very easy. The beach in the picture isn’t exactly what is there now it has been eroded and is less beach today. The sea was very nice, crystal clear water. A family friendly property and calmer waters here.

The resort itself is fine. Beyond their control is the beach, which unfortunately they have lost over the last five years. There is only a couple of feet left before the beach wall . You can no longer walk the beach at this point . Ten feet out is fine and snorkeling is good even here.but if you need a beach this won’t work any more. Nice large pool helps to make up for it.

This property is AMAZING! we were vacationing on a cruise and unfortunately had a medical emergency and we had to stay in Cayman Island for a few days. I am so glad we found this place, the cleanliness was far beyond my expectations inside the unit and outside on the grounds. The properties are privately owned and our property manager was Kristina, she was amazing and super friendly. We loved the fact that it was a fully equipped apartment, the area is quiet and everything is walking distance. Also, the beach is BEAUTIFUL! white soft sand crystal ocean is nice and calm on this side of the island. We will definitely be booking here next time we come back to Cayman Island. 5 stars !! From the check in process to the check out, everything was great. Prior to us getting to the property, we received a message with check instructions and the code to access the unit. The property is located very central with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the cleaners who was kind enough to walk us to the unit. The apartment was very clean, and was equipped with all basics to cook, plenty of towels. The best part is the walking distance ti the beach which is breathtaking. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again, and would recommend to anybody.
