Especially if you’re planning extended shopping explorations around Ginza, this makes a very reasonable and convenient base. The essentials are perfectly provided, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-maintained room. Well located, great value for money hotel. Staff were friendly, with excellent daily housekeeping (a lot of Japanese hotels are moving away from this). The rooms are small, but this is usual for Tokyo. I thought the massage chair would be a bit of gimic that took up much needed space, but it was actually really comfortable after long walking days! Perhaps there could be a communal area where chairs could be located freeing up space in the rooms? I’d be happy to stay here again, and would recommend both the hotel and Ginza as a location to stay.

I loved how close this property is to train stations, restaurants, and convenient stores. This hotel is super clean, quiet and the staff were extremely friendly at our stay. Their breakfast was really good, it's the same food every morning but that was fine with me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Japan
