While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."

"The pool is only open seasonally (how would you ever know when?). The bathroom is just weird; it was difficult not to spray the floor at the sink or shower. There were several maintenance issues. Restaurant and bar were nice. I expected more given the hotel rating. Next time, I’ll stay closer to the city and spend ten euros to get to MXP"
