"Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."

"Reception Staff was unprofessional, unable to find our expedia all inclusive booking on arrival and we had to wait an hour with kids, before they sorted out. Overall the all inclusive facilities were fabulous and other staff, were brilliant. Food was good but have had better food in Turkey on previous occasions."

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"This hotel is literally 15 minute walk from the land of legends so location is great. The room was clean but basic and the hotel overall was a bit tired looking in places. Breakfast was disappointing but for the price and location I would stay again."
