The indoor pool is very small and poorly heated. You have to walk through an open area between the blocks and enclosed spaces. The food is good. The quality of the drinks is poor. Definitely not a winter hotel, but it could be for summer.

Room and parts of the hotel were very nice, others requiring update. Main restaurant experience not for the feint of heart in the middle of summer holiday season and though food choice was reasonable, quality not as hoped. €20 per person à la carte worth it and eating at Bohemia for €50 per person was nice, but for one of us getting a bit sick, likely from a shellfish dish. There are two distinct hotels, Bohemia looks far better and would have been worth paying the extra (à la carte restaurants included, upgraded rooms, beach facilities etc). Pools good, food and drinks availability was reasonable, no pool service though (even for towels). All sun beds towelled up by mid morning but many-to-most unoccupied. No attempts by the hotel to prevent towel placement nor clear away used but now unoccupied beds. Always seemed to be bin bags left in the area outside our room. Lots of staff, most generally helpful, except strangely Guest Services who seemed completely disinterested / unapproachable / unknowledgeable when asked to assist with bookings etc. From a service perspective, not what I’ve come to expect from a 5 star hotel.

Air conditioning was not working Reception staff very unhelpful right from check in! Room was always clean ✅ The Spa was generally a free for all English is not spoken here even when making announcements So don’t expect us to come

The room was amazing and cleaned daily. The heated pool was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel is definitely worth the extra for the quality for food and drinks is better than most of the other hotels we have stayed in a few. The hotel runs daily activities for all ages. We are coming back in April

All was very good. Excellent service and beatific and clean property. Very well organised on all aspects. However the coffee machines in the restaurant are really really bad. That cannot be called coffee. The Starbucks opens at 10am so it’s a long wait for a decent cup of coffee at breakfast. My last few days I discovered the Panorama bar which serves good Turkish coffee and cappuccino. Please change the coffee machine in the restaurant area with something more drinkable such as Nespresso or similar. Thank you.
