A peaceful retreat within our olive grove garden.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area, in between Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, along the Via Francigena itinerary.
Just a few kms away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia and the mountains of the Apuan Alps.

The house is equipped with WI-FI and self Check- In system. It is ideal for 2 people.

• Elegant living room furnished by a sofa and a 43" smart TV. From here you can access a private balcony facing the garden and its fir trees, perfect for unwinding.

• Kitchen is equipped with cutleries, dishes, cookware, fridge, microwave, oven, and gas stove.

• Beautiful and spacious terrace with mountain and olive grove view. A washing machine with laundry soap is also available for your convenience.
The private terrace features a granite table, chairs and comfortable sunbeds perfect to relax after a day at the beach or hiking.

The private parking provided is within the garden area so as to ensure maximum privacy.
