"Couch extremely old and dirty. Carpets are very strained. Horrible condition. Get much better room in cheap hotels. Wyndham Grand is supposed to be the flagship of the brand. Will not stay again. "

Property was fairly clean, but some of the furniture in our room was either broken or showing its age. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and neither of us were able to sleep. "The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!"

"We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car."
