I had such a great stay, the customer service from meme, and Yolanda both were amazing. The staff overall was actually great. The hotel rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The resort itself was great for both the adults and kids, also great seasoned tacos from the taco restaurant inside the resort. I was very pleased.

Had a great experience during my stay and would have given 5 stars but I believe everything is very over priced. For example it costs $27 for a small locker to store your purse and their food is very pricey for the portion size. But overall it was clean, easy, and the whole family had a great time

Staff was extremely nice- visited with a three year old who loved the arcade and the Waterpark. Plenty of games in the arcade to keep him busy when wasn’t swimming. There were Multiple dining options available onsite everything we tried was delicious. We had a ton of fun it was a great winter get away to break up the monotony of winter weather. Would highly recommend to anyone can’t wait to go back during the warmer summer months as the outdoor pool looked incredible!

Beautiful property and the staff was nice and courteous, however on our second night there I found bed bugs in the headboard. Huge red flag for me, this was at 12 am in 17 degree weather. I changed hotels as soon a could.

OKANA was absolutely terrific. The staff were very nice and friendly. The check in process was easy and smooth. The hotel was so clean and we enjoyed all of the dining options. The breakfast buffet at JackRabbit was delicious. The we loved the waiter My! He was so attentive and interactive with the kids. I think everything was reasonable priced as well. My only qualm was Kaya the ramen was disgusting.

The resort was great and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the food and drinks were overpriced compared to similar resorts where we've stayed. This forced us to eat off-site after our first meal.
