"Location was great, right next to the market and walking distance to cafe’s and surroundings restaurants, but hotel lacks finest, what you see on pictures and advertisements isn’t exactly what you get, roof top wasn’t that great, looked very outdated and not inviting, breakfast was very average, food quality wasn’t that great at all and would close at 10am sharp even if there is people still sitting, on the other hand our room was nice and comfortable mattress was a bit on the firm side but was okkummoverall not very pleas"

"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."
