"I had to change 2 rooms during my 6nights of the stay, almost changed to the third room but I was exhausted on the last night.During the stay, I have encountered some serious bugs, overwhelmingly stinky smell from the bathroom in the middle of the nights and the constantly dripping sound from the ceilings……..The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they were doing their best to accommodate me. However the hotel was really dated. The rooms were visibly leaked for long time, the wallpaper had large bubbles."

"Cute hotel - I like to stay in the same area of Gangnam but choose a different hotel this visit. Really nice concept/eco friendly. Loved the self laundry and gym. Super location for using the airport limousine service v subway-train. Comfortable bed and walkable to several great restaurants and different subway lines."

"The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned. Came away from that room with small bites/rashes on my skin and legs. Which, to be fair, my fiancé did not catch (she slept in a different bed). Overall the service was good but the hotel room was not a good experience. Hope this helps improve conditions."
