Property is in an excellent location, in the heart of myeongdong. The close proximity to the night market makes pursuing the area very easy and fun. However the specific room I stayed in had a few issues. The bathroom had mold growing in several areas, especially behind the door where a particularly large patch was growing. The walls were marked and damaged with stains or small tears. The room was small but not unbearable. Overall, 3 out of 5, the staff were professional and pleasant and the location was excellent. If the room was to be properly scrubbed and cleaned, the stay would have been very good.

The staff are great here and extremely helpful. The room we had was decent but there was very visible water damage within the room itself. Dark water marks in various areas of our room but we were only in there to sleep. The hotel itself is positioned so perfectly by a trainstation literally a minute away and seconds away from the night market which was perfect. There are also so many near by restaurants and an amazing view from the rooftop. All in all if it wasnt for the water damage in the room we would have given this review all 5s.

Super convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff! The room is a bit small and it is a wet bath, nothing wrong with that just not used to it, and there is no laundry in the building. But overall, enjoyed my stay here!

Good location, small space
Mostly clean, except i needed to get them to change the sheets. Its a small space so hard to maneuver large luggage. The bathroom didnt have a separate shower space nor surfaces to put belongings so that was a challenge for me. But it was still functional.

Superb location, cleaning needs improvement.
Our family already stayed here last November 2017 and November 2019. I love the location, everything you need is just walking distance from the hotel and the size of the room is big compare to other hotels nearby, the staff were helpful and the price is reasonable. We booked 3 rooms last November 2022, we stayed here again for 13 nights however we are disappointed with how they clean the room now comparw to our previous stay. 1. Under bed is very dusty. I had an asthma attack. 2. To be honest I'm not sure if they were able to change our bed sheets and blankets in our 13 nights stay, bed is always messy even after we request cleaning. 3. The lady cleaner rarely clean the bathroom, she just picked up the trash and that's it! 4. After picking up the trash the lady cleaner will hand us the bottled water without removing the gloves she used in holding the trash. 5. Etc etc etc.. Overall I still love the hotel and location is perfect. I think they just need improvement when it comes ro cleaning.

Staff were friendly, professional and understanding. Able to find them alert and still smiling at wee hours. Hotel location was fantastic!! Very near to the subway station and food street. We were given room 505 and 506, however the design of room 505 is a bit small. Excellent location and good price!

Upon checking in, there was a strong smell like someone had smoked in the hotel room. I reflected this to the hotel staff and they came with an air freshener spray. After that, I found some mosquitoes in the bathroom area due to moisture and killed 3 of them. As I was preparing to unpack, I noticed more mosquitoes and asked the front desk. They said the hotel was at capacity and there were no rooms to change into. After 45 minutes of waiting for all mosquitoes to emerge, I had killed 6 fat and juicy (with blood) mosquitoes. I suspect that the mosquitoes came in through a window which was previously open. My total stay was 2 nights and I didn't end up getting bitten as I caught them all. The second day upon returning to the hotel, I noticed the smell again. I asked for air freshener again but the smell lingered (possibly seeped into the walls). All in all, there are issues with the hotel (old) however location is very convenient. I do however question the star rating of this hotel as I see other hotels with this rating with much better quality overall as I booked this hotel based on this rating.

Great location!
Great location in the heart of Myeongdong. Just one block off the main road, so noise wasn't an issue. It's about a 20 min walk to Seoul Station with plenty of shopping and food right out the front door. Rooms were on the smaller side with very comfortable beds (603). Staff was very friendly and the front desk spoke good English. Our only complaint was the size of the bath towels....very small.

I travelled solo but had booked a double room. The room was simple and possibly more roomy than a single room for me. Most important it is near the Airport Limo stop and Myeongdong station as well as in Myeongdong shopping area itself. There is a lift so bringing baggage is not a hassle. I arrived very early in the morning and staff allowed me to check-in early at a small price.

I dont recall the gal name from the front desk. But she was friendly and helpful. Korea is a super clean place. My room was clean each day. Even the floor where moped. Smelled fresh always. Location is great. Easy access to the major attractions.

Location wins
Room was extremely small, but is to be expected in a super crowded district like Myeongdong. It doesn’t matter too much because there’s so much to do in Myeongdong you won’t be spending much time in your room anyway!

Location
This hotel is located at the center of Myeondong shopping area, very convenient but also very noisy during the night. The hotel staff are nice, rooms are clean but a bit too small to put big-sized luggage.

Hotel few minutes walk to Myeongdong station
Fast check in, Great staff, was change to another room on the 4th day due to some maintanace work and the staff help to carry all my laggauge to another room. Daily cleaning, minutes walk to airport shuttle, near to myeongdong shopping street. Room size enough for 1 person. Not sure if 2 will be too small.

tiny rooms
this hotel was so tiny that we didn't even have space to open our luggage fully. the bathroom was also very small and the toilet gets wet when you shower. the staff didn't speak english and we had to pay a deposit of krw for the room key card which was unheard of in other hotels we've stayed in. the location was good, though, right in the middle of busy myeungdong

Close to metro and shopping area
Bed is very hard and room is rather small. Shower and toilet are together and the entire area get wet after taking shower
