"Our Premier Suite Twin rooms were very spacious with plentiful amenities in the room: toiletries, towels, bidet, kitchen area with cutlery, laundry facilities, balcony, A/C, TV, and lots of storage. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel overall was clean and well maintained. Good central location with convenience stores and public transport nearby. Overall, would recommend and visit this hotel again."

"The property was in a good location, but the building itself felt a bit outdated. Some parts of the hotel were a bit dirtier and older (both inside the room and shared spaces) compared to other 4 stars I’ve stayed at. Also the staff weren’t that welcoming when approached during check-in, for questions, and check-out."

"Liked my stay at Lotte City Hotel especially it is near the subway station. If there is one thing i will not forget, it is the staff ( especially the concierge who were always smiling and happy to get me a taxi/uber) And a 7-11 that is connected to the hotel helps a lot.I wish breakfast was part of the hotel stay but it does not change my opinion that i will stay here again if i go back to Seoul."

"This place is so convenient- close by Emart 24 hrs open - and ediya coffee just a few steps. Close by bank of Korea. Walking a few mins to go to the Namdeung Market and Myeongdong Night Market. So many snack stores around. Lockers to keep your stuffs when you’re checking in- out. If you go to Busan or somewhere else and have the second stay reservation.- and they will keep the baggage’s for you when you are back- just need to pack enough for the short trip outside Seoul. Uber and taxi everywhere. The traffic is abit busy but drivers will wait for you. - Staffs are friendly. :) check in and out so easy. Theme of the hotel is so cute and nice, price is affordable."

Shilla Stay Seodaemun Seoul Station

"Everything was fine but we got there 9am the next morning so we only had a few hours to enjoy hotel. Breakfast ended 10a and we wanted to take coffee or some food out to tour and i was told we cannot. Not even coffee so that was onky issue. So paid fpr food and couldn't eat or take anything. Other hotels offer that. "
