Great home for large groups coming in to spend time with family and friends on the lake, or for those coming in town for events at Clemson. House has 8 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 kitchens, a pool table that can be made into a ping pong table, spacious outdoor decks for gathering, gas grill, pleasant lily pad pond in the back yard, and a large driveway for parking multiple cars. Home is located at the back of a cove, so the water is very calm with no thru traffic of other boats to worry about. This home is new on the market for vacation rentals, so furniture and appliances are like new still!
