Lake house with private dock located only 15 minutes from Clemson University. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home can sleep 12 people. There's plenty of seating around the 12-person dining room table and kitchen counter that seats 4. With 2 living rooms, 2 patios, and a game room, there's plenty of space for everyone. There's only no1 camera located at the front of the home. Bring your fishing gear or enjoy kayaking, swimming, playing pool, ping pong, corn hole, 2 arcades, or just relaxing in the hot tub. Come unwind and make great memories!

Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and, drugs of any kind are not allowed. Violating this rule will incur a $150 fine.
Absolutely NO glass in hot tub for your safety and others. Please use plastic cups. If glass is broken in hot tub, you will be charged a $300 fine.
If house is left messy, we charge $75 for each added hour of cleaning. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all the House Rules.

The location of this home was lovely. Our teens really enjoyed the amenities (pool table, ping pong and kayaks). It is a long walk down and back up a large hill to the dock so it was challenging for one of our guests with bad knees. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Lake Hartwell Property!

We had a wonderful stay here!! The house was very clean and the communication from the owners was excellent! We had a minor issue with the kitchen lights when we first arrived and the owner was very responsive and helped to troubleshoot the problem and we got it resolved quickly! Definitely recommend!

Amazing House and Location

Besides the location on the lake and only 15 minutes to Clemson football, the layout of the house is one of the best we've ever stayed at. First floor main bedroom is a plus and two great bedroom areas upstairs. And the game room was awesome!

Fantastic property!

We stayed here for work and the house was amazing! Had tons of fun things to do while staying such as pool table, kayaks, arcade games…the list goes on. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The whole process was super easy and the property owner made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

The lake house was in a great location on Lake Hartwell, close to the main wide-open channel. House had all the features as described on the Vrbo website. I would not hesitate renting the house again in the future. Fred P

2025 Family Vacation

The house had everything we needed to enjoy our weeks stay. Couldn't ask for better weather. Everyone enjoyed the water. Floating mat for the water was a big hit for our family.
