Misleading information & poor communication
Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa grounds for four hours a day at least & were found lying on the kitchen floor smoking when we came home at lunch. We were also concerned about security as we had 3 villa staff members turn up at 1030pm at night trying to get access through the locked gate to ‘turn the pool lights on’ for the villa next door. We tried to contact villa management that night with no answer. Unacceptable with small children in the villa. We also requested a refund for the last 4 nights we were not staying due to room configurations & were only given 3 nights refund. On a positive note the villa grounds were nice & large and inside villas were relatively clean & updated. Main villa area needs a larger aircon though that is effective in that space. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

The visit from our maintenance team was to promptly address an unexpected electrical issue in the vicinity. We do understand the improper way our Maintenance team tried to resolve the issue and we do apologise for this. We're refining our maintenance protocols to ensure that in the future, any inconvenience to our guests is avoided. Regarding the issue with the housekeeping team we would like to assure you that this will be thoroughly investigated and proper measures will be taken to avoid any possible adverse behavior in the future We have noted your input regarding the air conditioning in the living room. It is under evaluation as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction. Your feedback is important to us and will be used to enhance our guest experience.
