"All the staff from the cleaners, security and front desk staff were all excellent. They were helpful in every way. Ita at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay.The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing.
