"This is a beautiful, well maintained and well equipped property in a lovely location. The views and sunsets from the terrace are amazing. There are large ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the heat. Filippo was most helpful with our questions. "We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us! We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this. The only couple of points I would suggest is more regular towel change would have been appreciated and a long handled brush or vacuum cleaner as 6 days without being cleaned (cleaning is weekly) is a long time with kids! "

"Our stay was excellent. Location, location, location. Small town atmosphere while within reach of anywhere you wanted to go in Tuscany. Sylvia was the best hostess! The “feel at home” stay after spending time touring Tuscany is second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to both tour Tuscany and feel like a local living in Tuscany at the same time. And the swimming pool was awesome. "As advertised there is no desk personnell but when you call to gain access they semm to be very confused and send you around the property, with your luggage and no lift, up and down until they decide where you need to stay. Also very rude and unprofessional in the way they answer. Last but not least the room was filled with rubbish from the previous occupiers, apparently they not only don't pay staff on site but neither they do with cleaning staff"
