If the hotel is too busy to accommodate the holiday they should have enough staff or not have booked rooms. They again charged my room for coffee etc after all the inconvenience. "

"Great location to stay in Paris! The staff were wonderful and the hotel is very eco-friendly. The air conditioning works great although we did not need to use it since we went in March. The room was clean and cozy. The Place D’Italie metro is right around the corner making it convenient to get around Paris. I would stay again!"
